No contact form data is stored in any kind of database on the server

• All enquires are downloaded to local mail client for review on password protected PC
• Access to mail server is secured with Two-factor authentication (2FA) through cPanel
• All contact form submissions are sent securely over the internet using TLS 1.3 encryption

What is your data retention policy?

• Data for small jobs will be kept for approx. 24hrs allowing us the opportunity to forward quote for your consideration
• Data collected for larger jobs may be retained for slightly longer (1-2 weeks) to analyse a more technical brief
• Should work go ahead all details will be retained for duration of project and deleted following payment of invoice
• Should work not go ahead all data will be deleted
